Van Buren Community Mental Health Authority has been pleased to work with Rubix Technologies since 2013. Our work with them began at a time of great change to public behavioral health in Michigan. Our technology needs had been taken care of by an oversight organization. When that organization was being dissolved, we had little time to take on and address our technology needs on our own. Rubix staff stepped in and served as our CIO and advisors, assisting us in navigating the many decisions we needed to make. They continue to serve us by filling in the gaps of technology expertise in our organization, providing a variety of services including a Help Desk; database report writing and web site development & maintenance. Rubix staff have always had the highest level of integrity and are easy to work with. They are able to explain very technical concepts to non-technical behavioral health staff and they are also able to bridge our language gaps when we have problems that we cannot describe in technical terms.
